Event hours are as follows:

Monday – Friday          9:00 A.M. – 12:00 A.M.
Saturday & Sunday      9:00 A.M. – 12:00 A.M. 

Clean-up and departure after events by no later
than 1:00AM
Rental Costs:
$ 50.00 Monday - Thursday
$ 100.00 Friday - Sunday
$ 150.00 Holidays
$ 200.00 Commercial type event
$ 250.00 security deposit is required.

Members may only occupy the clubhouse the day of the event.  Set-up will not be allowed the day before and clean-up will not be allowed the day after.  No consecutive rental days allowed.

Please remember: Clubhouse rentals cannot be made to members with a past due assessment payment!
